You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job. Large deliveries from the builders’ merchant become material lines on the job, so you can see the contribution margin.

Can I write down the weather when work is stopped?
Yes. The site diary on the job has room for the weather, who was on site, what was done and why something was delayed. It stays on the job if the schedule needs explaining later.
Can I invoice a bathroom on account?
Yes. You split the job into phases and send an on-account invoice per phase as a percentage or a fixed amount. The final invoice deducts what has already been invoiced.
Can I bring in plumbing and electrics as subcontractors?
Yes. You can create subcontractors, look up their CVR number, keep an eye on their insurance and assign them phases. They can see their own part via a link.
What does it cost for bricklayers?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
