Works with what you already use
You keep your accounting, your calendar and your payroll software. The app sends the figures where they need to go, so you do not type the same thing twice.
Works with e-conomic, Dinero and Billy (bookkeeping), Salary (connected), Danløn and DataLøn (via file).

What we connect to

What we do not do
So you know before you start, rather than finding out afterwards.
- Accounting softwareWe book in your accounting. The accounts themselves, VAT returns and year-end stay there.
- Card payment and MobilePayThe customer pays the invoice by bank transfer or whatever your accounting supports.
- Ordering from the wholesalerYou can scan the receipt and look up the item at the wholesaler, but not order from the app.
- Email invoices through e-conomice-conomic only sends EAN invoices for us. Customers with email get the invoice from the app, and it is still booked in e-conomic.

Questions about integrations
If your question isn’t here, call 93 94 12 06.
Do I have to change accounting software?
No. We are not accounting software. If you use e-conomic, Dinero or Billy, the app books there for you. If you use something else, receipts can be emailed to the software’s inbox.
My system is not on the list. What then?
Call 93 94 12 06 and we will tell you honestly whether there is a way: connected, via a file, via email or via Zapier and Make.
Do the integrations cost extra?
No, they are included in the price, payroll export too.
How hard is it to set up?
Most connections are a login or a key you paste in. If you get stuck, call and we will look at it together.
Is anything sent or booked behind my back?
No. Invoices are created as drafts, and you approve them before they are booked and sent. The only exception is a deposit: if you required one in the quote, the deposit invoice is sent when the customer accepts.
What about MobilePay and card payment?
We do not have that today. The customer pays your invoice as usual, for example by bank transfer. The app keeps track of who has paid.
