What the example shows

From quote to job to invoice
How it fits together for heat pump installers, without typing the same thing twice.

Authorisations across plumbing and electrics
A heat pump needs both plumbing and electrics. The app keeps track of which of your people hold which certificates, and when they expire.
- Record each employee’s authorisations and certificates with an expiry date, for example plumbing authorisation, electrical authorisation and refrigeration certificate.
- You are notified 30 days before a certificate expires, so nobody is left without valid papers.
- You decide who gets the job. In the calendar you can see who is available.
- Photos and the quality checklist on the job document the work if anyone asks afterwards.

You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job.

Do you help with the grant application?
No, you do that as you do today. Photos, quote and invoice are gathered on the job, so you have what you need.
Can I sell an annual service too?
Yes. Once the system is running, you create a service agreement with an interval. The visits are created automatically, and the invoice can be too.
Do you have service templates for heat pumps?
Not as a separate trade. Heat pump servicing sits under plumbing and connection under electrical in the service library. You can also let the AI find the services in your previous quotes.
What does it cost for heat pump installers?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl.
