You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job. The receipt from the timber merchant becomes material lines on the job, so you can see the contribution margin per job.

Can I make a quote on my phone after measuring up?
Yes. You can dictate or type your notes, take photos and get a draft from your own prices and services. You adjust it and send it, and nothing is sent until you have approved it.
How do you handle extra work?
With a change order on the job. You describe the work and the price, the customer gets a link and signs on their phone, and the change order is included on the invoice. The template is based on the Danish standard terms AB 18 and AB Forbruger.
Can I invoice on account on a larger job?
Yes. You can send on-account invoices per phase as a percentage or a fixed amount, and the final invoice deducts what has already been invoiced.
Can my employees see the description and photos on the job?
Yes, in the employee app. They see the job’s address, description and photos, and they can add photos and hours themselves.
What does it cost for carpenters?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl.
