The quality checklist for installations is ready in the app. Your employee ticks it off and photographs the consumer unit, and the list stays on the job in case anyone asks later.
Certificate, checklist and qualifications
The authorisation (autoriseret elinstallatør) and the certificate stay with your company as today. The app gathers the rest: the checklist and photos on the job, and each employee’s qualifications with an expiry date.
- Record electrical authorisation, driving licence and working-at-height certificate for each employee, with an expiry date.
- You are notified 30 days before a certificate expires.
- You make the certificate itself as you do today. The checklist and photos of the board stay on the job next to it.
- In the calendar you see who is available, and you choose who takes the board or the charger.
A week as an electrician
Many addresses in one day, and each of them has to be documented and invoiced.

Metres, kilometres and price files
- Cable is in metres and mileage in km. The unit carries through to the invoice and your accounts.
- If you have loaded your wholesaler’s price file, your items are ready when you write the lines.
- You can also add an option, such as an extra outdoor socket, which the customer switches on or off.

You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job. For electrical items, Solar is listed first when you open the item from the job.

Can I document the installation in the app?
Yes. The quality checklist for electrical installations has points for dead testing, RCD test, earthing and statutory documentation, among others, and you can photograph the consumer unit. You produce the certificate itself as you do today.
Can I load my wholesaler’s price file?
Yes. You load the price file as CSV or Excel, for example from Solar, Lemvigh-Müller or AO. Items are matched on item number, EAN or name, and the same file can be loaded again without duplicates.
Can I create a job without writing a quote first?
Yes. Small jobs can be created directly, and the invoice is built from the hours and materials recorded on them.
What does it cost for electricians?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. VAT, there is no lock-in, and the first 90 days are free with no payment card. Try the AI phone with 25 free calls during the trial.
Does it work with my accounting software?
The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
