Invoicing and accounting
When the job is done, the draft invoice is ready with hours, materials and mileage. You approve it, it is booked in your accounts, and only then is it sent to the customer.
Works with e-conomic, Dinero and Billy.

Demo company with made-up figures. The app is shown in Danish.
From finished job to booked invoice
What you have recorded on the job becomes invoice lines, and nothing is sent until you have seen it. The pictures are from one job in the demo company: radiators in a parish hall.
The job becomes invoice lines
The hours at your sold hourly rate, the materials with markup and the mileage go onto a draft you can correct. If the job was sold on a quote, the quote is what gets invoiced.

The lines on the finished invoice: six radiators, valves and 18 hours of fitting.
Booked in your accounts first
When you approve, the invoice is booked in your accounts before the customer gets it. If booking fails, nothing is sent, and you are told why.

The customer gets the invoice
As a PDF with your details and the lines from the job. Payments you record in your accounts are shown in the app.

Getting paid, and keeping track
Instalments on large jobs, reminders when you want them, vouchers from the wholesaler and what each job made.

The receipt becomes a voucher
Take a photo of the receipt from the wholesaler, or send the invoice to your voucher email. AI reads the amount, VAT and item lines. You approve, and the voucher is booked and added to the job.
On-account invoices, deposit and credit note
Invoice large jobs in instalments. What has already been invoiced and a paid deposit are deducted from the final invoice once.
See who has paid
The list shows paid, overdue and not sent. A reminder goes out with one tap. Automatic reminders stay off until you switch them on.
Contribution margin per job
The amount invoiced minus wages and materials, while the job runs. If it drops below 10%, you are told in time.

Questions about invoicing
If your question isn’t here, call 93 94 12 06.
Which accounting systems does it work with?
e-conomic, Dinero and Billy are connected directly, so invoices, credit notes and vouchers are booked there. If you use another system, vouchers can be sent to its inbox by email.
Does the system send the invoice by itself?
No. The invoice is a draft until you approve it. Automatic reminders are also switched off until you choose them yourself.
What happens if booking in the accounts fails?
Then the invoice is not sent to the customer. You are told why, fix it and try again. The same applies to credit notes.
Are the hours added to the invoice automatically?
Yes, on time-and-materials jobs the hours come in at your sold hourly rate, the materials with markup and the mileage too. If the job was sold on a quote or at a fixed price, the quote is invoiced. You can always edit the draft.
Can I order goods from the wholesaler in the app?
No. You can scan receipts, import price lists and make a shopping list for the job, but the order itself is placed with the wholesaler.
