You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job. You order panes from your glass supplier as today.

Can the AI phone take urgent calls at night?
It can take calls around the clock when it is switched on. Urgent glass calls such as a broken pane and a break-in send you a text straight away by default. Other calls get a booking link. Try the AI phone with 25 free calls during the trial.
Can I order panes from my supplier in the app?
No. You order as you do today. The supplier’s invoice can be scanned or emailed in, and the lines are added to the job.
Can I invoice a municipality?
Yes. The invoice can carry an EAN number, and the app checks that the number is formally valid before it is booked in your accounts.
What does it cost for glaziers?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. Does it work with my accounting software?
The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
