A week as a landscaper

Two businesses in one: projects that need pricing, and regular customers who need visiting again and again.

  1. LandscapingA new paved patio is measured up. Your notes become a draft in m² from your prices, and the customer signs on their phone.
  2. Regular maintenance customersHedge cutting and garden maintenance run as service agreements with an interval. The visits are created automatically, and the invoice can be too.
  3. The routeThe calendar’s map view shows the day’s gardens on a map, so the crew drives in a sensible order.
  4. WinterSnow clearing and gritting are set up as a service with a fixed price per call-out, so the jobs are quick to create when the snow comes.
  5. PhotosBefore and after in every garden. Photos are on the job and can be used in the handover report.

From quote to job to invoice

How it fits together for landscapers, without typing the same thing twice.

  1. Quote

Landscaping gets a quote that the customer signs on their phone. Maintenance is set up as a service agreement.

  2. Job

The crew sees the day’s gardens in the app and on the map, records hours and takes before and after photos.

  3. Invoice

Landscaping is invoiced from the job. Service agreements can create the invoice for each visit.

Also included: what landscapers use most

All features are in the same app, and everything is included.

  • Service agreements

Garden maintenance and hedge cutting at a fixed interval. Visits and invoices are created automatically.

  • Calendar with map

The day’s jobs on a map, so the crew drives in a sensible order.

  • Quotes with e-signature

Quotes in m², metres and m³ from your own prices. The customer signs on their phone.

  • Employee app

The crew sees its jobs, records hours and takes photos.

  • Quality checklists

Checklist for paving and groundwork: levels, services marked out, sub-base, falls and edge restraint.

  • Invoice from the job

Invoice from the job or from the service agreement. You approve before anything is booked.

Gravel, stone and plants

  • STARK
  • XL-BYG
  • Davidsen
  • Bauhaus

You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job.

What landscapers ask

If your question isn’t here, call 93 94 12 06.

Can I have regular maintenance customers at a fixed interval?

Yes. You create a service agreement per customer, such as every 14 days, every quarter or once a year. The visits are created automatically, and the invoice can be too.

Can I see the day’s jobs on a map?

Yes. The calendar has a map view with the day’s jobs, so you can plan the route.

Can I work in m³ and m²?

Yes. Lines can be in m², m³, metres, hours or units, and the unit carries through to the invoice.

What does it cost for landscapers?

500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. VAT, there is no lock-in, and the first 90 days are free with no payment card. Try the AI phone with 25 free calls during the trial.

Does it work with my accounting software?

The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
