You order from your wholesaler as you do today. From the job you can open the item in the wholesaler’s webshop, and you can load the wholesaler’s price file (CSV or Excel), so your items and prices are ready when you write a quote. Receipts and wholesaler invoices are scanned or emailed in, and the item lines land on the job.

Can I price excavation in m³ and paving in m²?
Yes. Each line has its own unit, and the unit carries through to the invoice and your accounts.
Can I see whether a driveway made a profit?
Yes. The contribution margin on the job deducts hours, materials, mileage and subcontractors from the agreed price.
Can the customer choose between two types of stone?
Yes. You make a price variant for each stone in the quote, and the customer picks one when signing.
What does it cost for pavers?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, from the employee app and hours to quality checklists and subcontractors. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. Does it work with my accounting software?
The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
