What the AI does for you
The AI does the groundwork across the app. It never sends a quote or an invoice by itself. You see it first, edit it and press send.
The phone gets answered, even when you’re up a ladder
Calls you can’t take go to the AI phone. It answers in Danish with your company name, writes down what the customer wants and texts them a booking link. You get a short summary, and if it’s urgent, you get an SMS straight away.

Say the job, write it, or take a photo. The AI suggests lines, materials and prices based on your earlier quotes and your item prices. You adjust it, and the customer signs on their phone.

Receipts are read for you

The figures are RenoByg’s own from just over 5 months in the app (May to October 2026): 25 of 30 decided quotes won (decided = the customer has said yes or no; quotes that are still open don’t count) and a median of 1 day from quote sent to accepted. Quotes the customer said yes to outside the app are included.

Does Online Erhverv work for my trade?
Yes, if you are a tradesperson. The app is made for carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, bricklayers, roofers, drainage contractors, landscapers, smiths, glaziers, joiners, floor layers, sheet metal workers, heat pump installers and pavers, and for firms with several trades. It is only for tradespeople.
Does the AI replace me on the phone?
No, it is your backup. You take the calls you can. The ones you can’t get to go to the AI phone: it answers with your company name, takes a message and texts the customer a booking link. You get a short summary, and for urgent jobs you get an SMS straight away.
Can I use my own accounting system?
The invoice is booked in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy once you have approved it. We are not an accounting program ourselves, so your accounts and your accountant carry on as today.
How long does it take to get started?
You can sign up and get going straight away. The AI can find your services in your earlier quotes, and customers, jobs and open quotes can be imported from a file. If you’d rather have help, you can book a call.
What does it cost?
500 DKK a month for the company and 250 DKK per extra person. Apprentices and young workers are free (up to 2 per company). Everything is included, the employee app, hours and payroll too. The AI phone is an add-on at 500 DKK a month. All prices are excl. VAT, there is no lock-in, and the first 90 days are free with no payment card. Try the AI phone with 25 free calls during the trial.
Can my crew use it too?
Yes. Your crew get their own app with the day’s jobs, hours, photos and messages, even without signal. You decide what each employee can see, and only approved hours go on to payroll.
