Are all features included in the price?
Yes. There are no plans. You pay for the company and per person, and everything is included, also the employee app, hours and payroll, mileage, quality assurance, campaigns and subcontractors. The only add-on is the AI phone.
Do I have to use everything from day one?
No. Start with what bothers you most, for example quotes and invoicing. The rest is there when you need it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app runs in the browser on a computer and a phone, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Your employees use the employee app on their phones.
Can I bring my data from my old system?
Yes. Customers, jobs, open quotes, unpaid invoices and hours can be imported from Excel or CSV. From Apacta we fetch customers and jobs directly with your API key. That connection has not yet been tried against a real Apacta account.
Do you use AI for everything?
No. The AI writes drafts, for example for quotes and replies to reviews, and reads receipts. It never sends a quote or an invoice by itself. You do that once you have looked it over.
Is something missing that I use today?
